Any applicable contractual or legal obligations remain in effect.5. Estimates, Pricing, and PaymentProject pricing, payment schedules, deposits, and other financial obligations will be stated in the applicable written estimate, proposal, or signed contract.Customers agree to pay amounts due in accordance with their project agreement and applicable law.
